Some parts shine, others fall flat

I enjoyed the awesome breakfast, boasting a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The atmosphere was modern and inviting, highlighted by excellent architecture and comfortable communal areas.

A major letdown was the unreliable tour organization. My reservation was mishandled, leaving me without an excursion on my last day, despite confirmation from staff.

hotel is fairly clean and wonderful, the location is stunning and amazing. the rooms here are well-equipped and quiet with perfectly framed views. the breakfast is particularly nice, delicious food. stay here and enjoy your puerto natales trip.

Staying here with my two young kids was great! The hotel offers various activities, including skiing and fishing. The spacious common areas and beautiful views made.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options.

Great service and the food is OUTSTANDING. Glad I took twin room, it was well-equipped and beautiful. Magnificent location not far from a hill above the Last Hope Sound, it's remote.

Recommend it for couples seeking adventure

The breakfast was great! A buffet with a large selection of hot, cold, fresh and sweets. We also paid to have dinner in the restaurant, and the food and service was very good. Bathtub to soak post long hikes. Comfortable bed and pillows. Little box of macrons at evening turndown were a nice touch.

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable.

Remota patagonia lodge was a fantastic retreat after our hike. The infinity pool had a amazing view, and the staff were attentive, tailoring meals to our preferences. The breakfast spread was excellent, with lots of options to choose from.

would recommend.
